Neoprene rubber fireproof sealing gasket

Neoprene is a rubber compound noted for its various oil and chemical resistant properties. Unlike some rubber compounds, Neoprene can withstand burning and high temperatures – standard grade Neoprene is normally rated for operating temperatures up to 93°C (200°F); beyond this range, the compound may stiffen. If heated to 260°C (500°F), Neoprene will begin to burn.

Material: EPDM, NBR, SBR, CR, FKM, PU, SILICONE, HNBR, AEM, ACM, XNBR,NR, IIR, PTFE and so on

Hardness: From 20-90 shore A

Color: As per request

neoprene rubber tube has oxidation resistance, ozone resistance and non-flammable, if its burins, it will burn itself out due to containing helium atom. In addition, CR rubber is excelent in anti-oil, solvent resistance, anti-aging and nice sealing.

Shortages

It is weak at low temperature, insulation and storage.

Gasket, sealing, cable shield are made of CR rubber and to stop ozone and aging.
